SHIPPING & RETURNS

All Seaplasma products are shipped via USPS. Most orders are shipped within two (2) business days after the order is received and are anticipated to arrive within two (2) to five (5) days after shipping, depending on the recipient’s location. Tracking information will be provided via email after an order is placed. At this time, Phoenix Sciences LLC only offers shipping within the continental United States.

Lost or Stolen Packages: After an order has shipped, Phoenix Sciences LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as having been delivered to the shipping address provided in the order. Please contact the carrier for any detailed information regarding the delivery. Be sure to have your tracking number available to provide to the carrier to assist with the investigation.

Incorrect Shipping Information: If a package is returned to Phoenix Sciences LLC due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery, or if the package exceeded the maximum amount of time to be held at a pick-up location, the customer will be responsible for the delivery costs plus a $5 re-stocking fee. Phoenix Sciences LLC is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer. If a package is lost or delivered to the wrong address, no refunds will be provided if any part of the address that the customer provided when placing the order was incorrect. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate when placing an order.

Returns and Damaged Items: Phoenix Sciences LLC is unable to accept returns of items purchased at this time. If an item is damaged or defective on arrival, please email us at info@seaplasmahair.com and submit photographs showing the damage/defect along with a description of the damage.
